I called to get my appliance repaired. Dan was able to look up the part and give me a quote over the phone. He was very nice and honest. Unfortunately the replacement part was out of stock and very expensive (glass oven top), so while he gave me a quote he recommended that it would be simpler and cheaper for me to purchase...
