Well, I gave a 5 star rating although we had a wait time even when we scheduled an appointment.
What made it a 5 Star? Well, the receptionist and the service tech that was with her were very, helpful and cordial. They gave a summary of things we need to do on our car that should be taken care of and I appreciated that concern.
I only wished that Summary of work we need to take care of was included with our receipt. When I got home I couldn't remember most of the things they went over with me when I tried to explain to my husband.
Thank you Midas for making my day☺️

Came here to get a slow leaking tire fixed. Paid $50 for them to patch it and ending up going back the next day because, even after explaining multiple times which tire it was, they patched the wrong tire? So I asked to be reimbursed the money i paid the first time because they didn’t do their job, and the man working said to me “what do you want me to do, unpatch your tire?”
No, I’d like you to do your job and be a little remorseful when you find out someone didn’t get the service they paid for. Regardless, I didn’t appreciate the attitude or sarcasm. Maybe this guy was having a bad day but so was I, the one with the flat tire. Don’t recommend

Pro: their customer service is kind
Compare to other place their price are compatible
I called other place and physically went to other location before Midas but their employee was rude and careless, not listening to you and cut your words. But Midas actually take care of you.
Con: it does takes awhile to fix problems

We had our safety inspection today. I called first to confirm an inspector would be available. The person on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. She provided the hours and process so I was able to make an educated decision. When I arrived to have the inspection done, she quickly got us signed in and set. The service was completed within 90 minutes: the sticker applied, payment received, and paperwork provided. I would definitely recommend this location to those seeking an efficient and professional service.
