They used to be super cool. I had rented items different times throughout the years and would return them if I found a better deal but if not I would pay them off. This recent time I rented had been a hassle. First they put me on the wrong pay schedule, then they call all the time if you’re even a day late. Then they get rude when you need to make arrangements or extensions as if you’re ducking them or something. I have made 10 payments and most are no later than a few days as I get paid either Friday or Saturday and sometimes I don’t pay til Monday. But always paid. Now I’m getting texts telling me that my payments are late and it makes me look bad and all this… like Jesus it’s just a $50 a week item. Not like I have full living room and bedroom sets and a $700/wk bill from them…
I get they have a job to dude but the passive aggressive tone and lack of customer service are definitely why they don’t get more than a few stars on here. Sad because prior to this year I’d have given em 5 stars

The wahiawa office calls me 20 times a day when you’re late on a payment and make threats that they’ll come and pick up the rented items. They even stopped by the house once. Yes I’m late by a couple days on paying but I always pay. Not even bill collector agencies bug you as much as they do.

For my initial purchase they brought me the wrong couch. They were nice the first time so I decided to get a tv stand a 3 piece bedroom set from them too. They set up my drawers with mirror attached and as the worker was getting ready to leave, I decided to inspect the set. There was a big crack in the wood that was sooo obvious, that the mirror was uneven. I immediately told the worker and he notified his manager. Everything was all set up, so I asked if I could just get a new mirror. The manager made it seem like the process wouldn't take long. Fast forward it's been almost a year, and no mirror. Also no updates. I call asking for updates and the manager just says, "we're unsure of when it will be coming in". Like I see them selling the same set over and over and they don't accommodate my purchase or give me a credit or refund... I'm basically paying full price for a broken product that I don't even have. They ripped me off. Also, once I missed a payment by TWO days and they showed up to my door demanding a payment but can't contact higher management about my mirror..... *side eye

Wahiawa area store is the worst store I had to deal with the people there have no customer service skills I tried twice to purchase a sectional and I never was able to buy. The first time I had to. All them every week to check on the status that six months past and I called they say the product was discontinued the second time i had to text them constant regarding getting my account transferred to them from another store on the mainland they again did not communicate with me until I text them. i never had this much of an issue buying something smh and the sales rep never gave her name I should have known she was a lier

I don't want to waste anymore of my time writing a novel about my horrendous experience with this location/company, so I'll keep it short but unfortunately not sweet. TERRIBLE communication skills, I had to call them 99% of the time to see what the next step is (the only time they called me was the first initial confirmation call lol) atrocious customer service and cheaply made furniture. I'm so done dealing with these nincompoops though so, paid in full and NEVER going back. If you're looking for furniture but need a little assistance, go elsewhere .. most places finance these days, also best to go in person so you can actually feel what your dropping you're time and $ on. That is all.
