By far some of the worst customer service and feedback in the business. Pick my vehicle up against my will the gm gave me an excuse why the car couldn't stay there becauseof repairsto the shop. But still no follow up about the low and i mean low and rushed quality of work done. Only take an island beater to them or if you just like paying full price for low quality work. Wouldn't let me upload pic of over spary and residue on a brand new vehicle black at that. But truly a disclosure should be posted at this shop about being ok with low quality work. Hope the others are not like this.

Horrible customer service. They replaced a headight and side mirror among other things, and after picking up my truck i realized that the lights were not working in the mirror or headlight. The manager refused to resolve these issues and had the worst attitude towards me. Apparently customer service is not an important part of their business. All they care about is getting their paycheck and after that your left to fend for yourself. I would highly recommend taking your business to a different body shop.

Shockingly bad customer service , made a appointment , waited a few weeks then upon arrival was told i needed to go elsewhere/ didnt want to do the work . Receptionist was rude and ended up she didnt want to resolve the issue so she just said goodbye and hung up .

This is the place you need to go. We have been dealing with so many issues (just from life) and I think we rescheduled like 4-5 times to get our car repaired and I felt HORRIBLE. BETSY IS THE BEST! She never made me feel horrible for having to reschedule over and over again, and genuinely cared about our situation and our car was fixed quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be back and Betsy if you're reading this ily.

Wow! Talk about great customer service! I really wish I could leave more stars. :) The entire staff had the best attitude and made everything so incredibly easy for me. The car was repaired exceptionally well and they assisted me through the process of getting a rental. Not only that, they returned the rental for me, made me some coffee and addresses all of my questions and concerns with the most utter care and professionalism. Someone tried to pry my door open but failed; this left the door bent out of shape and allowed air and water in. I tried my best to bend it back but only succeeded to a certain degree. I scheduled an appointment with Gerber to take a look and provide an estimate, and they bent it back into place on the spot at no charge. My high rating is anchored to my expectation to remove the door and put it on some alignment machine, but the gentleman that helped me was able to bend it back by hand. It might be a bit unorthodox, but it worked exactly like I expected. Not only does water no longer get in, but the drive is just as silent as I remember when I first bought the car.Service: Body & Trim

My insurance claim brought me here but customer service ended up wasting over two weeks of my time all for nothing. After the initial car inspection, they told me that I have to take my car to a different location due to the damage. This wouldn't be a problem, but they failed to ever follow up with me on re-scheduling an inspection or even notifying my insurance despite assuring me multiple times they would do it on their end. Eventually they straight up ignored my calls and my insurance had to contact the shop just to figure out what was going on. Turns out they did absolutely nothing. So my wrecked car has been sitting around for 15+ days when it possibly could have been getting worked on already if I went to a different location. I had work done here in the past but this has just been a frustrating experience.

Had a rear end incident and i chose Sigs Collision Center *Gerber Collision & Glass*, went in for estimate/consultation, very nice people and very helpful. Then a week later i dropped off my vehicle in the morning and they had it done by mid afternoon. They had to paint and swap out my rear bumper and when i saw it, it looked professionally done! What really got me is they even vacuumed my interior, greatly appreciate it, cheers.

My car was rear ended on the H2 freeway. The hatch and the scooter lift was damaged. Luckily no one was hurt. I took it to Gerber in Wahiawa and they were fantastic! They worked with my insurance company and got the quotes real fast for the hatch and the back glass. They did an expert job replacing the hatch and the back glass. Betsy the receptionist did a fantastic job keeping me updated and assisted with getting me a beautiful and cool rental car. She is so friendly and professional. She called me every step of the way and let me know what was going on. She made this unpleasant experience bearable. She is an asset to the businesses. I got my car back repaired and they even vacuumed and washed it for me. They even kept my grandsons booster chair which I forgot in the rental car, and called me to let me know they had it for me to pick up. Mahalo to Betsy and the crew at Gerber Collision in Wahiawa.
