Going to the shop for your car is never fun. I called up Tai VW and Audi to help diagnose my car and was told to bring my car right away. They were super honest and great, charged a reasonable fee for diagnostics. I’ll be returning for future service.

Sight unseen, Called my 2001 audi quattro 5-speed a "jalopy" and refused to work on it. But at least he gave me someone else's number who would. 4 stars because I think my car is cool and worth keeping on the road.
