Blocked my car after an accident that did not happen at their dealership also lied and said I could leave after making a claim that I was basically forced to do which I did already. They blocked my vehicle from leaving for hour’s even after the claim saying they weren’t stopping us but got their employees blocking the exit and entrance until cops showed up they moved their cars. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Didn’t know they wanted to make me write a claim didn’t know anything no phone call nothing from them that they wanted to talk super weird how you could’ve just asked instead of blocking my vehicle and telling me what to do. All the employees ignored me and were rude didn’t respond at all and one that ignored me asked what they said and he said don’t act up. How unprofessional. I would never recommend, terrible people LIES, LIES, and bad business!!

This establishment was a beacon of light when I first came to the island. They patiently accomodated to my situation and worked with me to get the car I wanted fixed and delivered the same day I bought it. Chill and helpful are the two words that I associate with this place. I eagerly await other opportunities to do business with TVA.

I just have to say that this is one of the best car buying experiences I have had a dealer. They work hard to get you in a car that you like there always there to help even when your car runs out of gas they are there to help. I definitely recommend giving them a chance you won’t be disappointed!
