5 stars for Casey as a customer service representative.
As for the lady customer service rep, she could increase her rating by 25 stars and still be at zero stars. The absolute worst. Thinking about applying for a supervisory position at this post office just so I could fire her.

Despite other people's issues with this location, I havent had any problems during the multiple times I've been here picking up packages. The service for me is always great and fast.
