As for the lady customer service rep, she could increase her rating by 25 stars and still be at zero stars. The absolute worst. Thinking about applying for a supervisory position at this post office just so I could fire her.

Despite other people's issues with this location, I havent had any problems during the multiple times I've been here picking up packages. The service for me is always great and fast.

Horrible, my Package went out for delivery one day, they ended up sending my package back to the original sender THE NEXT DAY, just because they couldn’t find my house… they could’ve leaved it at the post office for me to grab but nooooo, HATE this post office

Pretty pathetic service. Received a note for a package. I signed the back, left directions to put it on the parcel locker, and put key in myailbox. A week later, the note is still there. Also, I have ordered from this vendor with no problem. I'm all for hiring special people but please make sure they have the proper skills to carry out a service.

Been living on island for a month and the post office changed my lock on my mailbox prior to me moving and I’m not able to receive my mail. Nobody knows who’s in charge of fixing the issue. How do you change locks and not provide a replacement key. Then why doesn’t anyone know what’s going on?

My mail was put in another tenants mail box in error, I've been waiting for my renewal placard they said they mailed out to me May 2nd 2024 at 310 North Cane Street Apt 9C Wahiawa, Hi 96786, manager just gave it to May 30th 2024, she wouldn't tell me what tenant had it! I've been living here over 20 yrs! WTHAIL ? now I had to destroy it and wait for the replacement placard they had to send again!

The folks working at and running the mail for Wahiawa USPS are legends and service heroes. Aunty that does our regular route always goes above and beyond to bring our mail down our long driveway and leave packages securely in our carport. Yesterday was a Sunday and we had TWO USPS deliveries because another mailman from another route noticed our mail in his hamper and took the time to get off his route to deliver to us! Aunty at the counter giving stickers to all the toddlers is also magic. USPS is one of the most efficient, affordable and responsible services going and we really mahalo you guys!
