Recommend for both locals and visitors to the islands. Driving up to the old sugar mill gave me goosebumps. I’m so glad it wasn’t torn down. So much history and you can feel the presence of how it was in operation back in the day. So awesome! As far as the farmers market, beautiful, friendly people. Fresh produce and awesome products. You got me! I’ll be a regular customer from now on. Mahalo! ??

A really friendly nonprofit organic working farm. The owner, Mark, is very passionate about the mission and there are interns and fellows living on the farm. We were able to check it out this week with our photographer friend. Lots of mosquitos!! They sell their produce (greens, citrus, beets, herbs, eggs, etc) at the Waialua Farmer’s Market on Saturdays. Thanks for letting us visit!

05/15/21 Fried green tomato (5/5) - very crispy and tasty, the sauce was really good. I liked how firm the tomato itself was. Picked up at their KCC stall.
