“We had some damage to our truck and were able to get an appointment the next day after we stopped by at Rapoza's. We not only received fast, but excellent service as well. You couldn't deal with nicer people than John, Brad and Cy. Next time you need any work done on your vehicle, call Rapoza's first. You will be glad you did.”
“Kalani and Richard are the best! They were very helpful, friendly and personable. They answered all the questions I had and did their best to help with every concern I had about my vehicle.”

“My wife recently went to Napa and, since she doesn’t have much experience with tires, she found herself in a bit of a bind. The staff there, however, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist her. Despite their busy schedules, they took the time to teach her about tire maintenance, showing her exactly how to check and inflate the tires to the proper PSI. They patiently walked her through the whole process, ensuring she understood how to use the air pump and the importance of keeping the tires properly inflated. Normally, I’m the one who handles tire care, but I was at work that day. I’m truly thankful for the extra effort they put in to help her out. It’s rare to find such exceptional customer service, and I’m really grateful for the time and care they took to ensure everything was done right.”
“Anything we need for the cars, my other half goes here. Tonight 9/9/24 I’m very thankful for Uncle “Ted” for changing my battery for me even when we let them know it was smoking up. Definitely recommend this place for the parts and for the service!”

“Fantastic service at a great price. Boss man knows what he's about and sorted me out with a mount and balance in well under an hour. Paid an incredibly reasonable price where big name tire shops were wanting to shaft me for over double. Recommending for any tire related services out in Waianae for sure. Quick and easy.”
