“My mother and I were recently assisted by Evan at BOH Wai'anae for a notary service. A simple transaction morphed into Evan's sharing info as to how mom could save on bank fees and other helpful banking information. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He ensured my elderly mother understood what he was discussing. As a native Hawaiian, I was very impressed with malihini Evan using Hawaiian words and discussing 'olelo Hawai'i. My mother is the BOH member, but I am considering opening an account due to the impeccable service extended by Evan that day. Mahalo nui, Evan!”

“This bank the only location available for the Waianae community but this is my favorite location when I do all my business transactions. Conveniently located on Farrington hwy Waianae Shopping center. Same parking structure as Cvs Longs. This location is always friendly and we never have problems with this bank and we have over 10 business accounts here. Deposits ans transactions are always an ease. My only issue is their bank hours (which is also mentioned in other reviews). Open M-F from 8am-4pm but fridays they close at 5pm. It's tough to get there before 4 and sadly they are not open on Saturday's so I have to drive out of Waianae to the Kapolei branch I always have issues there. Just wish they went back to their pre-covid business hours.”
