This is at Waianae mall location, the pharmacy system is ridiculous. You stand in a very long line to see the pharmacist, they tell you your medication is not ready and they'll text you when it's ready. When you get the text, you Need to stand Back In The Same Long Line and wait to get your medication. There should be two lines since I've already been waiting for my medication that way I don't need to stand in the same long line when I've already been waiting. The workers are nice.

It was nice to be back home in Waianae. I went into the store to grab some items that I couldn't put in my carry on luggage. While in the store I could not find what I was looking for. I was about to give up when Darlene walk down the aisle I was in and saved the day. The vibe here is so much better then California where I reside now. Mahalo Darlene for the aloha

if you've never experienced terrible customer service then you haven't been to CVSLongs in Waianae. initially got the feeling from a clerk that I was lucky that she would help me. I spoke with a person who identified as the manager and quickly figured out why the clerk sported such a bad attitude, it's perpetuated top down. Please don't waste your time going there unless you find some kind of pleasure in being offended and ignored. Apparently it's the store CVS forgot.

Always long lines, everytime I buy shavers it's locked so I have to wait a long time right now I been waiting 10 min and counting. You folks have to step up and make customers your 1st priorities! If I could give a one star I would.

This Longs CVS Drugs is discriminative. I have stated I have a religious exemption protected by law and their cashier impersonating as mask police officer commanding me that I need to be wearing a masks, dismissing my exemption. Please seek the knowledge that if your story policy if providing public accommodation and State, City and County Unlawful Mandates DOES NOT Supersede My/Our Constitutional Rights of the United States, Our Civil Liberties and Our Civil Rights. You are actually committing crimes and it is punishable by law if I choose to move forward with a claim. This is not a threat but notification of Our Rights as Free Americans.

Longs drugs in Waianae (mall) never has any wagons so how are you supposed to get the things you need without a cart! I think all the homeless took the wagons and longs just don't want to replace them, it's sad I make the drive to kapolei just so I can use a wagon. I don't go to the new Nanakuli one, workers are not so friendly and makaha one no wagons either and sometimes they don't have the items that are in the ads ( I went to grab a bag of rice that was on sale and was told shipment never came in ) ??

Never had l experienced a rude cashier at Long's Waianae until today. Apparently, SHELBY, couldn't wait to speak to an off duty co-worker while my mother and l tried to cash out. Shelby is has no multitasking skills, neither has she any people skills. When my transaction was done, it was obvious that Shelby was impatient while waiting for the infamous 3-foot long receipt. Shelby shoved it into my hand and continued speaking to her off duty co-worker as if we never existed. Shelby is a rude cashier.

Long's drugs is basically known as CVS on the mainland. They even take your CVS card. This is a drugstore where you can get snacks, beauty, hygiene items. The store was clean and we were able to find the items that we need.

This particular store hardly has or never have wagon to shop. So frustrating. Workers are either slacking on gathering the wagons up or someone is walking home with it. If they ever get more wagons they should get those wagons to stop after a certain parameter like sack n save

I know they have to deal with a lot of crazies from this community, and I feel sorry for the workers, but don't lower standards of hygiene for the rest of us: a person of questionable social standards and her three (3) dogs were let in the store to "shop." The dogs had flies surrounding them, and you could smell them as soon as you walked in the store. I thought there was a law about only service animals allowed. Perhaps I'm wrong.

I have mixed experience with this store but here goes. Pos: store is clean, workers are fast and things are easy to find. neg: I was wrongly accused of shoplifting when i had my back pack on and was told i needed to give my bag to one of the workers. This pissed me off since during this time everyone who had a bag of there own was walking by and i barely made it pass the front entrance of the store. Fortunately i had the last laugh by calling the manager who agreed with me and said she'll address the issue. My question is to cvs: if you guys have a bag policy, why dont you enforce it ON ALL PEOPLE? also what happens if someone stole our bags will it be on you guys or do you guys have another rule of "we are not responsible of any losses"?
