Been looking for a place to replace watch batteries without going far from home. Found Gold Plus on a Yelp search and couldn't believe they were just 5 minutes from home. Went to the shop, brought my 3 watches in a silly Ziploc baggie and in 20 minutes all was done! Time set and all were in working order! What a life saver Gold Plus was and the staff are friendly and easy to work with. The best part? The cost was amazingly affordable! Mahalo Gold Plus for the great work and allowing me time to browse thru your display cases! Will definitely be back and will recommend to everybody!

I love Gold Plus! I live in Waianae and whenever I have a new watch that needs to adjust, I come here and the work is always done with quality. I recommend coming to Gold Plus because of the Owners! The honesty they have is nice and heart warming simply because they value their customers and understand that we are hard working people just like them. I had a issue with Princess Gold (see my review), and I told myself if Princess Gold cannot fulfill and be truthful with me, I will be coming to Gold Plus to give them business. I had The owners look at my request and they told me that my request was a little too hard for them because they didn't have a certain type of mold. Their tone was very apologetic and they were so truthful which gained my respect for them and I'm so happy we still have those kinds of people still yet. When you walk in they buzz you in and they have a nice glass case of jewelry , reasonable prices and quality as well. This shop is located in between Little Caesars Waianae and Jeans Warehouse. Mahalo Gold Plus, thank you for being so honest and of quality.

I went in to see if they could repair 2 chains that I broke and they said they could. The owners are so nice and helpful. They gave me a quote of $20 for each necklace. They were fixed within a couple days. When I got them back they were all sparkly and looked brand new. I did check out some of their jewelry. They have a pretty large assortment, and if you are looking for saints they have those too! I will definitely be back. I recommended Gold Plus for all of your jewelry needs!

I had to have my wedding ring cut off because of a broken arm. The owner was so nice and careful. I would definitely recommend going there! Many beautiful jewelry items to choose from.

The bail on my Coat Of Arms pendent that I bought online broke, so I took it to Gold Plus to get fixed and got it fixed for a really good price. Since I was giving it to my nephew as a gift. Now my nephew is looking like a champ with it on his chain.
