Not the place to go for complicated taxes or business taxes. I basically wasted my time here and didn't file with them. I was told to go somewhere else because of how complicated my taxes are.
They are basically TurboTax with people that know how to input into a software. I did all my leg work and brought a prepared tax return to go over before submitting and still wasted my time here.
Staff seemed nice and willing to help.

I have used H&R block for my taxes for years. I came here for help with an IRS notice I received in regards to a previous tax year that I had filed through them. When I arrived I was told there would be a consultation fee, which I was okay with given the fact that I assumed they would help me get a better understanding of the notice and help me come up with a solution. Instead the only "help" I got was being re-read the notice and she had me log into the IRS website, then told me she couldn't help me any more and I would just have to contact the IRS. As a literate adult that's technologically competent, this was absolutely no help to me. A complete waste of my time and money. Totally useless.

$548 to prepare my taxes is ridiculous and the women who did my taxes filed it late so I don't know if we got a penalty. You guys are a Ripoff I will not be returning.

Stay away from these people. Worst service ever:no respect to customers' time at all - appointment time means nothing for them;attempted overtax - they tried to double tax me;they overcharge me $455 for 10 min work.
