The female that "cashes you out".... Whew!! She needs to speak to customers with respect and facts. I feel like if a customer has a question the employees should be able to answer that question. Period. The other 2 employees are decent but with a leader like that it just makes it bad for all of them.shw is no good, one more insident i witness I'm blasting her all over online.

Seems like every time I come, the more I bring but less I get back. The employees move the bins off the scale so fast so you can't see the weight and when you ask them to put it back on so you can see the weight, they throw attitude and tell you "get other people waiting".... SO WHAT, I was here waiting for my turn, now it's time for me to get serviced and you rushing, NO!! Just do your job the right way please, no gyp us.

I take the time to segregate my bottles to get the most out of my recycling with 17oz or less which gets 1.315 and mixed bottles get 0.94 anything greater than 17oz. They lumped everything as mixed bottles and ripped me off. Watch what they do and read your receipt. I would rate them less if I could.

Absolutely horrible and I will be filing a formal complaint with the manager and main office. The employees helped me and then proceeded to open every one of my cans to check if there were anything like rocks inside to add weight. They refused to take me recycles and banned me from the establishment after I made the comment what you all looking for oysters..they proceeded to harass me and give me a hard time..never have I been treated like this and I have worked on customer service for over 30 years. I don't know what they were trying to accomplish as not a single rock or piece of debris was found and still they refused service. Unprofessional and I have friends who have had similar issues with them. This needs to be stopped they are only employees not inspectors. I feel that they think they can get away with this kind of behavior because there's no immediate superior on staff there that they have to answer to. I plan to follow up make a complaint and see that retraining and customer service issues are addressed. I will leave messages and reviews on all public forums and make sure people know they can not treat others like this and get away with it!

Ripped off the huge load of beer bottles, plastic bottle & cans that I brought in. 2 Full Trash bins with 2 heavy duty bags of beer bottles, 3 heavy duty bags 2 kitchen bags of plastic bottles, 3 heavy duty bags 2 kitchen bags of cans and only got $123. Go to a different place or if your lucky you might get a trustworthy worker which is rare. I know somebody who used to work at aiea's one & he said a lot of workers keep some of the profit like it's a normal thing they do.
