Slow service. Open my account 1 month ago and they still didn't provide my physical card up until now. Better to choose different bank if you want to open an account.

They really choose their own hours at this location. You can’t rely on what it says online or on the sign at the bank because they just close whenever. Multiple times my husband and I haven’t been able to go in because they close early or randomly throughout the day. Waimea location is better.
