The food was nowhere near as good as the cost would make you believe. The server was really busy and rushed. We won't be

The wait staff was excellent and very attentive. Pizza was unique and tasted great. Wonderful view! Probably a one time visit type of place for me because I am poor. Would recommend.

My experience at this hotel's Italian restaurant was profoundly underwhelming, meriting a one-star review. The initial disappointment began with the salad—priced at an astonishing $85 for two, which came meagerly portioned and included a mere two shrimp as the protein. However, the quality and size of the salad, though far from meeting the expectations set by the price, were not my primary concern. The real issue lay in the customer service, or rather, the complete lack of it. At a large hotel in Hawaii, where guests come to relax and enjoy their vacation, one would expect customer service to be of the highest priority. Unfortunately, that was far from what I experienced. The staff member, Desiree, displayed an attitude and demeanor that were anything but welcoming. Her approach to customer service was so poor that, were she an employee of mine, I would not hesitate to let her go.Good service is about making customers feel valued and welcome, something that was sorely missing from my visit. This experience aligns perfectly with the restaurant's overall poor rating. To draw a comparison for potential customers, the salad I received was akin to something one might expect from McDonald's—only far more expensive and without the accompanying service quality. For a restaurant situated in a vacation haven like Hawaii, particularly within a large hotel, both the quality of the meals and the caliber of customer service should reflect the premium setting. I strongly advise the management to focus on creating genuinely delicious dishes and, more importantly, to invest in proper staff training. Customers deserve to feel welcomed and valued, not to leave feeling disappointed and disregarded.#HotelDiningFail #OverpricedSalad #PoorService #CustomerServiceMatters #VacationDisappointment #HawaiiDining #TrainYourStaff #ValueYourCustomers

The Kale salad is more romaine then kale. Decent salad despite being small.Kids meatball could use a little more cooking as it was a bit pink but was otherwise tasty and the kids thought it was alright. The kids spaghetti tasted like it was basic ragu or some really cheap sauce. Brushetta needs more crisping as it became very damp quickly. Way too expensive for what is offered. Honestly worse then eating at the airport.

Our server was not interested at all in providing service. Even after we pointed out a bug in our food, no apology or even acknowledged it. Sorry, but that's the least he could have done.

Ate here twice during our stay, once in house, then take out.Severe was great both times, the food was very good, and we were left satisfied both times.I see reviews stating that it’s “overpriced” to that I say anything on a resort is going to be expensive, for the convenience and quality it was worth it to me and my wife!Definitely give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Vegetarian options: Limited healthy food options on the resort. The only real options are American food and Hawaiian food, both of which have the potential to be made healthy. But all the options at the resort are prepared unhealthy.

All the restaurants in the Hilton Waikoloa Village are expensive...no great deals here. But we didn't feel like going anywhere as it was late and we were tired from traveling. So, we decided to go to Nui. The service was excellent and it's a great view over the lagoon and you can see the ocean as well. We ordered the Margarita Pizza and the Frito Misto and enjoyed both. The portion for the Frito Misto was larger than we expected and we could have skipped the pizza. But I'm always good with leftover pizza!

The food was excellent, the ambiance was also. My complaint was that we ordered appetizers and dinners. (The server neglected to tell us of the specials, and we only heard from the server at the next table after we ordered!!!) The apps came out and while we were just sitting and enjoying them, our dinners showed up! The timing was terrible... we felt like we were being rushed out of the restaurant (it was 5 pm and no crowds were waiting to get in). So much for fine dining and enjoying the atmosphere and scenery of this lovely restaurant, and each other's company... our food (dinners) sat on the table while we ate our apps, which we ended up taking with us! I guess I should have requested that the server NOT to put the dinner order in until we finished our apps, but that should not have been my responsibility. If we return again, I will surely remember to do that.

The establishment was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The take out window staff was very efficient and helpful. We had the Margherita pizza with kalamata olives. The crust was very tasty and had a good chew. We will definitely return to this establishment. We recommend stopping by for a good meal.

Resort restaurant. Kids running amok on the grass next to our table. 1 of 2 restaurants at what is essentially 3 hotels on one property. Expensive for what it is.

I have mix feelings about the place. I dined there two evenings in February 2024. On the first night the restaurant was full, and the appetizers arrived after the main course. On the second evening, after publishing the review of the first evening, the service was very slow, it took 45 minutes to get a pizza. But then to my surprise the waiter said that the meal was on the house, one pizza and 2 beers. Hence my mix feelings. If you are staying at the Hilton not many choices inside the resort.

We had 7 guests (4 adults and 3 children). We found the pricing very reasonable; the large Roman pizza's will feed a crowd and we appreciated the crust being a focaccia style as something unique. The meatballs were a hit. We ate there 2 nights in a row.
