Our server was Diane. She brought out our food, but never check back with us. My husband’s potatoes with his steak was very cold. Another server situation and came over and helped at the time Diane checked on us. It would’ve been way past acceptable. Servers need to be trained that they should check with the table within two minutes of food being delivered.

Food was average. I don't recommend make your own pasta. They just put raw mozzarella and serve!

Bad enough experience to have me leave my 1st ever review. Waitress never refilled water or asked anyone outside the oldest 2 people what they wanted for drinks. Automatically added a 20% gratuity ( $55 ) and took 30 min for her to pick up the check with us waiting. How can you add that amount to a check and have such horrible service? I hope the chefs got most of the money because they are the only ones keeping that place going. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Hadn't been in years but we needed a quick place to eat. Our server was too chatty and therefore forgetful. My husband ordered a drink and she immediately forgot.and asked what he wanted again. The server forget that I too ordered a drink and forgot to bring it until near end of dinner. Our child order of alfredo pasta was gross. I can make it better. Don't suggest eating here unless you have no other options

Cafeteria style restaurant. Food was cooked by the world renowned Chef Mic Rowave. You get a lot of volume with a little flavor. Would not go again.

Sad to say that this place was a bit rough. It's very bright in here, it felt like a mall food court to me. The food was not good for 3 of our group of 6. Fortunately, service was outstanding.

Asia was amazing. She has such a great personality. She needs a raise. Our server Tony was very nice and so was our manager for the night. We got to chat with all of them. Food was good and it was not too busy so we could enjoy our

We literally waited almost 10 minutes for a hostess, I tried calling the restaurant twice to no answer, people that were waiting left because they didn’t want to wait any longer, I finally went looking for someone and got told I would just have to wait.. Then after I was seated and placed the order, we waited on my drink for a while, when I asked the waitress, she pointed to the bar and said they are busy, I just have to wait. Our food took over 30 minutes to arrive, the sauce on my dish was cold and runny, my boyfriend’s was watery tomato sauce and the waitress disappeared, we could not ask for the Parmesan cheese or hot sauce. She has not checked on us once since we got our food. Our drinks (pop and lemonade) have not been refilled once. I have loved eating at Macarroni Grill in Utah, Waikoloa’s leaves a lot to be desired.

Situated in a small shopping plaza near the resorts in Waikoloa Village, Romano's is one of several eateries. Romano's and Tommy Bahama are the 2 main/anchor restaurants there, but there are several other smaller eateries, a couple definitely worth checking out. It's the Macaroni Grill typical menu. They are clearly short handed, as we spent quite a while waiting for a table, and the restaurant was maybe only 1/3 full. The food came out quickly from the kitchen, in fact too quickly. We had barely gotten our appetizers before our entrees were stacked on the table. And, some parts of our meal were undercooked. I have to remind myself there's actually no lobster in their bisque, only flavoring. So, i have to pursue my lobster bisque elsewhere. The food lacked a bit of flavor that we normally find at other Macaroni Grill locations. Perhaps, it's the kitchen rushing too fast. Please cook the food thoroughly and take the time to season it.Parking: Grneral plaza parking lotKid-friendliness: Kids section on the menuWheelchair accessibility: Yes, easily accessible with handicapped parking immediately outside of the restaurant.

it's my second time here, I asked for the second time, to a different staff member, if they knew of BTS was here, also didn't know hahahthey should hang a picture of them in the wall, that's why I came to eat here twice, because of BTS lmaoanyways, the pizza is good. I'm not from the US and I don't like American pizza, the pizza they make here tastes homemade and I really like that, also the staff is nice?
