Best Lululemon on the island! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the store has an excellent selection. Gigi was especially amazing — so knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend stopping by!

Disappointed by the Service at Lululemon Whalers Village and Shops at Wailea
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience in hopes it leads to improvement. My wife purchased a Maui-printed sweatshirt from one of the Lululemon locations here. Unfortunately, the medium was too small, and I’ve been trying to exchange it for a large.
Over the past several days, I’ve called both the Whalers Village and Shops at Wailea stores multiple times, only to be told that inventory is random and that I should keep checking in person. I’ve spent the last three days driving back and forth between the two stores—an extremely frustrating experience on what’s supposed to be a relaxing vacation.
On Friday, the Wailea store confirmed they had the sweatshirt I needed in the back room, but couldn’t access it because the air conditioning was down. When I returned at 7 PM, I was again told they couldn’t help me and to call back the next morning. I’ve tried several times since, but no one is answering the phone.
This entire situation could have been solved so easily with a bit of effort or follow-through from the staff. It’s disappointing to end my trip on this note and even more frustrating to feel like my time and effort were dismissed. I hope the district manager sees this and takes action to improve the customer experience.

We simply asked what event was going on because they had pizza etc everywhere and was responded with hostility and snobby attitudes by the two haoles working. Don’t respond saying “what do you mean why is there pizza everywhere” with an ugly facial expression it’s a simple explanation.

So this is one of my favorite stores. I shop a lot at lululemon and especially online. The staff are incredibly friendly and straight forward and honest. They sell Hawaii exclusive gear and note they restock at 9am and sometimes in the afternoon. But if you ask they will tell you when, completely transparent and honest. The only thing I disagree is you now have to pay $10 per item extra for the logo of the islands on your gear. But if you really want something special it is worth it but due find the amount somewhat high especially when we were a family of 5 and bought over 15 items, so to spend $150 extra for logos is not right!!!!! I hope they will reconsider this policy or if you buy over a certain amount make a fixed amount and not a price per item. Love the store!!! Thanks for helping us and making our gear extra special.

This literally was the worst experience I have ever had at a lululemon store. Have shopped at Lulu other places for many years. I walked in and no one said hi and was ignored. Noticed the blonde white customers right after me were happily greeted and helped. I am of color. I don’t usually point this stuff out.
I wanted a Hawaii printed item and was curtly told by a brunette white woman that it was unavailable; yet she told the other white customers told they could try and call another day to get an item. Also of note literally no one helped me or said hi etc. There were a few people there who could not be bothered.
I was so disappointed and honestly hurt.
Terrible store!!!
Will stick with the amazing service at other stores.

This store is unique because they sell Hawaii logo Lululemon clothing that can only be found at this location on Maui.

We spontaneously walked into Lululemon this weekend and walked out as super happy campers. Cass was phenomenal and an absolute delight. She was thorough, patient and incredibly pleasant to interact with. Shopping can be a dreadful experience to some, but Cass's warmth, resourcefulness and kindness immediately put my party at ease. If you're in the market for some new clothes, check out Lululemon Wailea Store at the Shops - you won't regret it :)

Went in for a new bathing suit and left with a few short shorts. So soft and stretchy! Kelia was superhelpful, and she even stayed past closing to help me and my girlfriend Keary.

Snobby service today from male store attendant. I asked to check on size availability on a pair of pants...and was told...Nope - don't have them...end of conversation...instead of - could i look online for you or offer you an alternative.
