Not a lot of bang for your buck. Came here with gfs on our annual trip. Spa amenities were under construction, massages took place in hotel rooms and we were not given access to the empty pool. However, we did get hefty bills and ice cold water. Not exactly a Four Seasons experience. We'll be going elsewhere this year.

I reserve 5 stars for only spa's that have amenaties that includes soaking pool of some kind ( they did not) Sauna (they did not) Use of hotel pools if at a resort and not a guest (they did not)Cold plunge (They did not) . Steam room (they did have this and it was lovely. With Eucalyptus infusion). Robe/slippers and lockers were available. As well as snacks/tea/gem and tinctured water (they provided)Having said that, I will say their staff is very good. My masseuse was Carrie Haber she is truly a healer in spirit and energy. She gave me a perfect deep tissue 80 minute massage. She gave attention to everything that needed healing with her soft yet firm hands. She gave the perfect pressure at every spot.I appreciate her kindness of spirit and walked away from there floating. Carrie was the best part of my experience there.Despite their lack of shared amenities it was an amazing experience. Yet I have to stick to my 5 star standard for rating.

I had a couples lomilomi massage with my husband. Our masseuses were Warren and Ariana and I cannot say enough about the whole experience. They were professionals, the techniques and oils used were so nice and unique. It was so wonderful. I had tension dissolve in places I didn’t know I was carrying stress. Warren had done techniques I’d never experienced before and it felt amazing and he and Ariana worked great together in the room. It was my husband’s first massage and he thought it was amazing. I was notified multiple times the women’s steam room was down so it was a pleasant surprise when it was working. Most other amenities were on par with other four seasons spas. Also a huge shout out to how wonderful the spa music was. I’ve been to so many spas that have had terrible music and it makes it tough to relax. I will be back.

During my stay at the FS, I had a honeymoon photoshoot planned and decided to go all out and get my hair and makeup done at the spa! Jessica did both my hair updo and makeup and we had such a blast together chatting it up the whole time! I didn't have anything in mind on what I wanted and was super open to let her do whatever she believed would look and work best. She was super easy to work with and took into consideration the outside humid and breezy since the shoot was going to be on the beach and completely nailed it!! Prices were above average but worth it. Ask for Jessica!!!

My first experience at a four seasons spa and it was amazing. I will always go to a four seasons spa if I have the opportunity at every vacation now, you’ve made me a loyal customer!

My husband and I came to have a nice spa day celebrating our anniversary. I had high expectations since this is a Four Seasons Hotel. I’d say it was a mediocre massage at best. First off, it was very disappointing that the womens steam shower was closed. I feel they should have made up for that in another way, considering they don’t offer much besides a locker room and regular shower. The massage thermos had was nice but the whole experience felt rushed and not as relaxing as I had hoped. To me, it definitely wasn’t worth the expense. I’ve had a much better massage for half the price. While I’d love to stay at the Four Seasons next time we visit, I would definitely skip the spa.

I was fortunate to get a same day booking for a facial with Holly. It was AMAZING! 80 minutes of just wonderful pampering. Talk about self care. While mask was on, I also had a fab foot and hand massage. Sure it's pricey, but the location is terrific. The products smell so good, and it's just a posh treat.

The beach view couples massage was an experience unlike any other. The service we experienced was exceptional from the moment we arrived to when we left and the treatments were luxurious.

This was my favorite part of our trip in Maui! My husband and I got beachside massages and it was truly a dream. The amenities were nice but I do wish spa guests got a pool to use. It was my first time getting a pre natal massage and it was the BEST massage I've ever received and I've received a lot. I wish I booked additional time or a facial if I knew it would be this good. The beach side massage was magical and still so private. I loved hearing the ocean waves and having an amazing view. This was truly a dream and I'm definitely booking again in the future. Loved the staff inside the spa too!

Spaaahmazing from beginning to end, Four Seasons did not disappoint. It's the little things that make a big difference--the swimsuit spin dryer that squeezes all the moisture out of your damp draws to the trays of snack bags filled with rice crackers and tropical trail mix and the assortment of teas--ginger lemon honey and rooibos--waiting for you in the relaxation room before and after your spa treatment. The best thing though was the magical touch of masseuse extraordinaire Francois who every few minutes gently whispered in my ear, "Are you still weeeth me, Josleen?" Francois, if you can't already tell is French, and I've never enjoyed hearing the sound of my own name as when he says it. Never mind that it's his polite way of jostling me out of my snoring, sleeping stupor but it still sounded so soothing that I think I'm going to make people call me "Josleen" from now on. Opt for the cocoa butter enhancement with your massage--Francois will rub hot, organic, liquid edible chocolate on your tired, achy limbs. Best massage ever, hands down. Pun intended.

For the amount of money I paid for a baby bliss facial it defiantly wasn't worth it. Although I was super relaxed, I was a little offended that a sheet mask was used during my service. For the $500 price tag I would've expected a good mask to be used. I also was not impressed with their amenities. Their showers were horrible, there was no place to sit and relax comfortably, only had a very small steam room. I would suggest to go to the Andaz or some place else. I am super bummed since my husband wanted to treat me for our baby moon and they had a specific facial for prenatal mommas but I could've done a better one myself in my hotel room. Sadly disappointed.
