“Kind and calm staff are so uplifting! I came in to get a full outfit now that I've started running regularly. The staff balanced checking in gently and periodically without hovering or pushing sales. They were very helpful going in back to fetch extras of items and proactively moving my clothes to a fitting room for me. I usually can't stand to shop for very long but the vibe was not at all overstimulating, to the point I did a second fitting room visit for loungewear. Thank you, Lululemon Wailea!”

“Great shirt and great service! I bought a long sleeved sun shirt from 808 at the Maui Swap Meet and loved it. It looked great and fit me perfectly, unlike most long sleeves, which tend to be too short for my lanky arms. After I got back from the Swap Meet I realized that I had lost my glasses, so I texted the number I found for 808 on their site. They texted right back with a picture of my glasses! And they even brought them to their Kihei location for me to pick up the next day instead of me having to race back to the Swap Meet before they closed. So they not only saved me from having to replace my glasses, they also saved me a one hour round trip drive to the swap meet!”

“Excellent customer service from start to finish. We were only visiting the gift shop, and the front desk staff quickly recognized that and guided us to a separate desk so we could get in without waiting in the main line. That was such a thoughtful touch. Even though the store was busy, the gift shop staff gave us warm, personal attention throughout our visit. The lady at the checkout counter even noticed us carrying items and pointed us to the shopping baskets, which we really appreciated. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and professional, and they made us feel like VIPs. Truly an outstanding experience. Keep up the great work.”

“Most of the souvenir and gift shops along the strip down Kihei Road are similar, with lots of beach wear, pineapple gifts, postcards and jewelry. The lady Jennifer was quite helpful when I saw a case of sterling silver jewelry on sale 1/2 price. I picked out this delicate sea turtle sterling silver bracelet and she even put it on for me. She also pointed out sales on pearls and other accessories. I loved their vintage postcards and had a blast shopping here!”

“Cute tshirt store. Negative was the lack of larger sizes, not very inclusive. Many different cute patterns I would have bought but they didn't have anything more than 2xl. They had a small selection of 3xl on a bottom shelf in the back, but not many to pick from. Cute kid section. Loved the Christmas section, but sadly not inclusive sizing so I didn't get anything.”
