I will NEVER purchase a pair of sunglasses at this shop. The employee (an older gentleman) was so rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. Went downstairs to Sunglass Hut and what a difference in customer service. They treated me with kindness and respect.

Made a mistake in what I bought and NO REFUND so I'm stuck with glasses I can't wear. I would never go to this Maui Jim store again. They said it was a policy of this store's owner. Buyer beware.
