Finding Autotech Maui was a great relief. After major changes at the Mercedes dealership, it seemed we were being treated like an ATM and not a valued customer. Service great, as ordered, kept informed, work completed on time or notified if there was an issue. Couldn't be happier.. Reluctant to recommend so they don't get too busy. But they deserve the 5 stars

From start to finish, the team at AutoTech exhibited the highest level of professionalism, delivered outstanding quality of work, and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Auto Tech Maui was very accommodating. Took my 2012 Mini Cooper there for servicing. So I knew that there were many issues going on with my Mini. I have the Fixed app that showed me exactly what needed to be done and a range of how much any parts and labor should cost. Okay now here it is, their pricing came a little under of what the fixed app told me it should cost. Not to mention their customer service support is out of this world. They kept me informed every step of the way throughput the day. I am 100% scheduling other appointments with them soon to get my mini Cooper back into TOP SHAPE. I just had Auto Tech do an annual service on my Ferrari 488 (so I didn’t have to endure the emotional trauma of shipping it to Oahu!!) and also had them install new tires.As has always been my experience at Auto Tech— the work done is meticulous and perfect every time.Phillip and his staff are top notch and a blessing to have available on Maui.MahaloServices: Tires

We are lucky to have an Auto specialty shop on Maui especially one certified to work on Porsches. Philip, the owner, very personable, knowledgeable, and willing to take that extra effort to make things right. Our Panamera and occasional Tesla are kept in tip top condition with yearly checkups and preventative maintenance. I would totally recommend Autotech Maui to work on your special, BABY!
