Shawn was SO helpful throughout the entire process of replacing my floors. He patiently walked my through my decision making and guided me towards the best solution for my house. He was able to connect with me with a great installer and guided me to a floor that I'm really happy with. I'm thrilled that I got to work with them and I love the final product! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to update their flooring.

Absolutely amazing family to work with. These guys were highly recommended by friends and they were right! We put in reclaimed ipe floors. Michelle and Sean were so helpful and even walked me through installing the floors myself! They turned out so beautiful. We will be back for future projects!

We had an excellent experience ordering our vinyl plank flooring for our condo from Bamboo Maui. I’m a DIY guy and had intended on doing the floor myself. They took the time to explain all the products I would need so that my job would be successful. Unfortunately we had a death in the family which prevented me from doing the job. Not to worry, Bamboo Maui had several installers that they recommended and both of the people I called were willing to come out and do my job on short notice. When our flooring arrived Robyn called me and the first thing she did was ask about my family member. My only regret is that we don’t have any more floors to revamp, I wouldn’t even shop around, if I needed flooring I would make one call to Bamboo Maui.

Both Sean and MIchelle were amazingly helpful throughout my frequent visits to Bamboo Maui. From selection, to samples, to how to install properly, they offered a complete solution. The only problem was the choice of installer my contractor chose did not install the luxury vinyl correctly and the job had to be redone. Bamboo Maui were there for me and helped me through the process again to find a different flooring in their vast selection. Sean came out to my place two different times to assess the problems of the original installation and Sean came back a second time to meet with my contractor to ensure a successful installation for the second installation. Both Sean, Michelle and Robin went out of their way to make sure my flooring was exactly as I wanted it to be in my new home. Thank you Bamboo Maui.

Wow! These folks are the REAL DEAL. They actually asked questions about the wants and needs of our lifestyle. They educated us about the products that would serve us well given our specific living situation. We left with samples and the confidence that we made the absolute best choice in flooring and flooring companies. Wait there's more! Bamboo Maui referred me to Eric at Island Pride Flooring for installation. Again a stellar experience by the most professional team. We had few strange challenges pop up and Eric clearly communicated the issues and provided us options on how to proceed. The flooring looks spectacular and we cant thank Eric enough for the exceptional customer service.

We are a small group restoring the historic Hana Buddhist temple in the small town of Hana, Maui. When we reached out to Bamboo Maui they were happy to discount our purchase of products needed to renovate the large wood floor of the building. If not for the kind and generous support of community minded businesses like Bamboo Maui, we would be a long way from completing the renovation. Thanks to all the kind staff at Bamboo Maui for making our floor renovation a success. Please come visit our historic temple as the grand opening will coincide with this year’s Bon dance on September 9, 2023.

We found Bamboo Maui while working to fix a bad installation by another local flooring store. Sean was able to provide us the materials and advise we needed to finish the job correctly ourselves. We really wish we had found Sean and family before we ever went to the other place, he really cares about the job being done right. Don't buy wood flooring from anyplace but Bamboo Maui!

We sourced our bamboo flooring here and it is a great product! Sean is extremely knowledgable and helpful, and all the staff are great to work with. Michelle helped to educate me about a variety of materials so I could make the right choice for my desired aesthetic, budget, varied use areas, and capacity for long-term care. Her dad Mike, brother Sean, and the rest of the team at Bamboo Maui made each step of the process, from product selection to delivery, wonderful.They provided timely and accurate feedback, quotes, and information about shipments for the materials that weren’t in stock. They were incredibly helpful when I had questions regarding installation, care, and cleaning. We needed Brazillian cherry filler in a pinch and we were on a different island and we got our product delivered within 3 hours of placing the order via Mokulele and avoided any hold ups on our project. Sean was super knowledgeable and helped us get the perfect product for our build. Way more than Bamboo at this place
