Doctor sent the prescription to longs, after 2-3 hours I went to pick it up. Drive thru was closed due to short staff so I went in. Talked to the person there, and told me they’re gonna work on it NOW and I have to wait. Then when it was finally finished, I was ready to grab and go because the prescription was under work insurance. But instead she told me the total, I told her is it not under the work insurance and I showed her the insurance paper in the beginning of the conversation. Then she told me there insurance thing is down and if I want it under insurance I’ll have to come back tomorrow. My concern is that why didn’t they start on the prescription and why didn’t she tell me that in the beginning that there insurance thing is broken or what so ever.

I was upset I wanted to go to the cashier for check out but the lady keep on telling people go to the machinedo self check out but I'm not familiar they don't stay there and help you older people can't do all this things that's the problem so the cashier has less job? I'd rather go to Kahului longs

Ladies are great. The pharmacist "Ryan" has a chip on his shoulder. He declines a prescription and then says not my problem. You ask for an alternative and he says " don't take anything" excuse me sir, you don't know people lives. If it wasn't for the ladies who have always been great, I would go somewhere else. I'll be looking into a more formal complaint.
