Literally the most unorganized unreliable bank I’ve ever been to. There must be a reason why they can’t keep employees at this bank and the workers that have been there for some time still don’t seem to be on their A game. Even their customers service reps don’t seem to know how to do their job properly. Definitely going to switch banks because they keep messing up constantly!

Aulii you seriously need some customer service skills. You really suck, the other tellers are so polite and welcoming and you are just a little too proud to be there with your sassy attitude.

Whoa why the low rating ? I've had nothing but great service here even though it's not my home branch. Parking is easy in the back lot and if you should find yourself in a line it will move quickly. There is an atm outside should you have a simple transaction, and not be in the mood for human interaction , but I find it just as quick going inside.

Food! So much amazing local food! We had the Samosas, Spring Rolls, Garlic Noodles, and the lemonade. Everything was delicious! The bands were awesome—full of energy! So glad we were here for this!

Such a fun night, we look forward to it every month! Lots of food vendors, great assortment of food styles, live music on both ends of the street. Really miss the beer garden, though.

Most of the Tellers are good, But today 3/7/2019 I went to First Hawaiian Bank In Wailuku @ 27 North Market Street, Went up to the teller she was very polite handed her a check from my client who has a First Hawaiian bank account. I handed her my paper Hawaii License and She apologized and said we don't except Paper ID. So I told her I cashed a check at Kahului branch with my paper ID and there was no problem. The other teller wanted to know who was the teller that cashed my check in Kahului? I didn't want her to get in trouble if this is a strong policy of First Hawaiian Bank.So the teller said she need to go and talk to her manager. Which she did you should see the manager face when she started to walk back to the counter. She had a look like she was pissed off. All she said was sorry we can't except paper ID.I told her its okay I'll go to the Kahului branch. Now my question is why can't the bank cash the check when its from thier bank and thier customer account? When I have checks from other clients to other banks they cashed the check and never gave any problem with cashing a check with my paper ID. What makes this bank deny services knowingly the check is from one of thier customers who has an account. They need to change thier policy. So what if I don't have an account there? I can see if it was and out of state License but it wasn't. Its thier customer who has and account. After reading the reviews I can see why no one can get any where with this bank right up to the manager.

FHB does not change, their customer service continues to be the absolute worse. For longer than 2 months I have been trying to get something resolved on my online account. I have been passed around and no one fixes it. AND the worst part is no one follows up with me EVER. This bank is quick to open accounts, offer credit cards and loans and merchant services they can make more money on, and NEVER deliver the service they "claim" to have. AVOID the Wailuku Branch for sure, their ability to help me never resolved over my previous challenge with my safety deposit box, they won't help me with my online issue AT ALL they referred me to call online services, which I did and got no where. A merchant services rep called me about another issue and I reported my online problem to her, she sent the information on to someone else and guess what happened? NOTHING. FHB do you care about the people you bank with or only their money?
