I still haven't got my stimulus. The phone is a waste of your time. There a joke that's not funny . I flew to Oahu than big island and the irs office was closed . So I had to fly back Oahu and back to maui and the irs office was closed . And it was just to prove my identity which I didn't get to do

Why has this IRS Government office been closed for so long. We the people need answers on this island and have no other option for tax help purposes unfortunately. No online or telephone help available either. Impossible to real a real person... sad it's all automated and says we're too busy to help today try tomorrow and never changes. Unbelievable

Pre arranged an opponent for Monday, found out when I went to my appointment that there only open on Wednesday's. I'm really confused why they would approve an oppintmet for a day that they are closed. Wasted half a day taking time off work.

Service indeed. This place is NEVER open. Go there during the advertised minimal scheduled office hours of Tuesday only and find a sign saying it's actually Wednesdays and you have to have an appointment. Call the number, wait 30 minutes, get disconnected. Tax reform, anyone?
