Played yesterday. It's walking only, no pull carts are available. It is open 8-4 pm Saturday and Sunday. But it's only $25. It was very sad to see this facility abandoned. I had played this course several times before it closed. They still mow greens and fairways. It's very playable but overgrown off the fairways. It was a hike but enjoyable to play again. I don't see this course coming back, ever. It's too bad as it is a great lay-out.

This course is really fun. The greens are not so great. But each hole is different & challenging . The staff is lots of fun . Shout out to Billy from Philly. This course is by far the best value on the island . The sandwiches on the turn are really tasty. If you are a very serious golf you won't like the fact that the greens are not like putting on a pool table . But if you want a fun golf day with beautiful vistas this is your place .

I always had difficulty making a simple tee time. Calls foes to an answering service or need to go on line. When asking the Kamaaina rate they would not know know. Now the are only open front Friday to Sunday. I was told to call back later. No wonder they are shutting down.Simple solution answer their calls direct to the pro shop. Drop you rates!

I had read reviews about break in irrigation system and burned, scarred greens. I called them and asked and they said that wasn't true. That it was old news so they outright lied. Glad we only played 9 holes. The restaurant was not open for lunch only hot dog stand. After playing here for many years, we won't in the future.

We have been golfing on Maui for 10+ years and a round at Kahili has always been on our agenda. This year was a disappointment because the greens were terrible. I am surprised that Troon the management company hasn’t done something about it. Additionally the restaurant was not open for lunch after the roun; something we have always looked forward to. The view of the valley from a Kaheli is great.

Played today 1/23. Greens were terrible. Not sure what the problem was. Nice layout otherwise. Pace of play was great, done in four hours. Staff was great. Check on greens before you go

This course is not worth your time or money. Conditions are extremely poor. Fairways are beyond dry and brown and the greens have dry spots all over them and large sanded spots. Extremely dissatisfied.

They were out of water for 3 weeks and the fairways were dry, but the course it still a great challenge and the people are great. From the time we pulled up and the lady in the parking lot greeted us and asked if we wanted a ride to the club house. The guys in the club house were fun and helpful. The lady at the snack shack was great and funny. Can't wait to return. Thanks everybody.

The golf course is the worst course I've ever played for handicap accessibility. If you get within 40 foot of the green the golf cart stalls in "handicap mode", and you must back out to the cart path. Due to the extensive dry/dead grass around most greens the raised greens can be very slippery to climb.

Not worth the money. Greens are beaten up and they over charge. They charged me $35 for my wife to ride along - I'm a fan of paying up to golf a nice course but a $35 cart ride fee is a rip off. Definitely better places to play.

Aloha lives here ! The pro shop folks and the cart guys are awesome. Great course for a great price , not busy , Maui style. I read the negative reviews, too bad that those folks were fixated on brown grass and bumpy greens , they should look around and see how beautiful it is up there . You're in Hawaii , enjoy being outside for a few hours with sunshine and trades. Tip , no water stations or food cart .

The fairway grass is all yellow and dying, the greens are so bumpy, I could've never imagined a course being so bad. We saw the course from the highway and looked it up online. The pictures and reviews were misleading or not up to date. If this course was $20 I still would not play.

The course is in horrible condition. No mention of the condition of the greens by anyone before paying for the round. If the greens have been punched out and some holes have temporary greens the staff should really let you know this before going out. Don't waste your money play the dunes for a better price and way better greens.
