Sorry. Done with Jamba after all these years. Super small açaí bowl with a big increase in price. No strawberries which I understand is out of anyone's control. Blueberries were jellied in a gross way. Stuck together in a big blob! Never had blueberries like that in my life. I miss the bowls you used to have. For the price and quality I'm finally done with Jamba.

I'm a little disappointed. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I came to this location and ordered an acai primo bowl. Mind you I live right down the street and it only takes me 2-3 to drive home. And my primo bowl (again) was the consistency of SOUP. I ate the fruits and basically drank the rest. I'm not a happy camper. ?????

My Macha green tea was so thin and watery and no flavor at all. Very disappointed. While I was there a door dash driver came to pick up an order which they couldn't make coz they didn't have strawberries and pineapple.

Was on Maui 9/29 Friday night. My daughter order 3 drinks on her app that all had frozen yogurt as one of the ingredients. Of course the app doesn't say or can't tell you that the store, Maui Lani location, doesn't have that ingredient. We go there to pick up our order only to be told they don't have frozen yogurt but they can use oat milk as a replacement. Aah I don't think so. I hate oat milk. My daughter ask for a refund but the employees there don't know how to credit her back because they say it was done on the app. They call their manager who has left the store & on her way home. The manager tell them that she will process the credit once she gets home. How does that work? That's the first time I've heard that they're able to do a credit from their home. Now my daughter sees the charge on her credit card on Tuesday 10/3, but no credit. She tries calling the store several times but no one answers. Today, Wednesday 10/4, she's been calling the store all day but no answer from morning 7am til this evening 545pm. I call 7 times with no answer from 620pm. The phone just rings until it disconnects. WTH!!! Is anyone working? Is the store open?DON'T EVEN ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, MAUI LANI. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BUNCH OF RIPOFF A-HOLES!!! That manager better have put thru that credit!!

On 09/29/23 I had ordered 3 smoothies via mobile order. When I got there they were blasting music at an unnecessary volume. No one was at the front when my mom and I walked in. I assumed the 3 girls were watching the cameras because they instantly turned the music down and one of the girls came to the front. I told her I was there to pick up a mobile order and she asked if it was for Erin and I told her yes. She said "we can't make your drink because we are out of frozen yogurt". The girl offered to substitute it with oatmilk dessert but we declined. I'm assuming they had my phone number because I placed a MOBILE ORDER so I don't know why they couldn't have called me before I headed over there. I had asked them for a refund so I ran out to my car to grab the card I used and when I got back in all 3 girls were up front trying to figure out how to get me my refund. I didn't even care if they gave it back to me in cash. I just wanted my money back because we left with nothing. One of the girls had called the manager on her personal phone and she said the manager would refund the money to my card I used when she got home (???) and said it would take about 3-5 days. I still have not gotten a refund and I called multiple times today (all day) to get a hold of them and no one picked up (photos of call logs below). I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. WORST SERVICE!!!

Made you feel un-welcomed and uncomfortable. I come to this Jamba Juice location quite late so I understand that it can be annoying, but there’s usually still 30 minutes of service. One night I came in for 1 smoothie and they looked reluctant to even talk to me. While waiting they BLASTED the music to an uncomfortable volume. Another night I came with a friend before they closed and they all huddled in the back room for a minute just to come out and tell us “we are closed for cleaning”, isn’t that what you should do after hours? Unreal.

This is literally the worst Jamba Juice on the island. They have the most rude young girl working here. If there was a zero star review that is what I would leave. Management here needs to put some focus into customer service training.

Why is the store closed when Google and the sign on the building says their open? Why are you watching people try and get inside but not informing them of anything or picking up the phone. I placed a mobile order and now I have to get that money back.

Store was clean and had really great staff. Ordered my usual, Fruity Pebbles and an Açaí Bowl. Fruity Pebbles was sweet and good, was made to perfection. Açaí bowl was great too, except for the fact there was no spoons but was not employees’ fault. Overall, had a really great experience and would come back.

So my orange dream jamba is sour and I called 3x and no one is answering. Couple of times I ordered my usual fruity pebbles and there was no taste at all. So it took me awhile to go back there. Finally go back and this is what happens. I'm so disappointed. Me and my daughter couldn't even enjoy our drink.

Canceled an online order because when I got there half my order was missing. I asked why they didn't contact me before I drove down there and was told, "We're busy" They were not able to provide me a receipt for a refund.Contacted the store again inquiring about my refund and the person who answered said it would take a couple day. After a couple days it was not refunded. Was told multiple times by the store and the corporate office that "Brittney" would get back to me.It's been about 2 weeks.

Best staff and best menu. I always get a large "tropical dragon" and a Belgian waffle. It's my absolute favorite place to go by far!
