They don’t listen and double bill every month. Literally sending paper bill twice for same bill over and over and over so if you not careful you will pay it twice! Also they were told to put only B&W printer for us, they just ignored us and installed colored one so they can change exorbitant bills for colored copies. But you know, this is Maui’s usual rip off, nothing new. If you have an option, do yourself a favor and look somewhere also.

I agree with Casfos below.Since this company was aquired by Integrated Business Solutions of HI, I feel that they no longer offer the customer service experience that they once did. It's clear that they cater to the hotels and big business on island and no longer care about the small businesses. No interest in what we were doing, receptionist said she "was surprised we even came in." I'll be working with Fisher Hawaii on Oahu for ALL my future business needs.

I'm starting a new small business in the area and my husband suggested we stop in for inspiration.We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, the employee (Gina Ginsberg) seemed interested in what we were doing, knew what they had available there and directed us to the sales book to show us options for what we needed. I am excited to go back once we get our business underway. I'm so glad to have such a nice, organized, local place to go to for supplies.

Worked with Maui Office Machines for over 10 years with little to no problems. It was honestly a very positive experience with great customer service. Recently Maui Office Machines was purchased by Integrated Business Solutions of Hawaii. Not long after their customer service has dropped to unforeseeable lows with a lack of communication and bullying tactics. In all our years working with them we never considered changing vendors, but after this experience we see no other choice. It is sad and regrettable for us to terminate this business relationship.
