“Clinical Lab's Pakana location was always a mystery to me until recently. Where in the world is it, I wondered? Turns out, "Pakana" is the name of the street which is just off of Waiko Road in Waikapu, and is near to our home.

Parking is adequate in their private lot or on-street as the area isn't fully developed. There are more staff working here than at their Kahului clinic on Hana Highway, so service has been a lot quicker, and online appointments more widely available. Reception and phlebotomists have been welcoming and professional.

Lab results are quick, viewable online on the next business day.

The only hiccup I’ve encountered are bills received that show no insurance application, forcing me to call in to relay the info regardless of reception making photo copies of my insurance card before going in. Other than that, it’s been smooth sailing.

“This CL is located on the 2nd floor of the Maui Medical Group building. I went in to the night clinic so when I needed lab work done, there was only me, myself, and I there so intake was quick. The tech did a great job at drawing blood, poking me just once like how it should be.

My blood work results were ready in less than 30 minutes which made my visit even smoother. I have absolutely nothing to complain about here!”
