“Stopped by today to check out trading in a broken gold chain and had an awesome experience with Carlos and Brandon. Carlos was super friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to, while Brandon (the owner) took time on FaceTime to review my jewelry and go over different gold chain options with me.
No pressure sales at all, just honest, professional service. I tried on a few gold chains and necklaces, but decided to wait until they get the exact style I’m looking for in stock.
