I will never be going back, Mimi did my nails and my friends we asked for acrylic and she gave us press on… I asked if she could do a flower design she said I can do very similar.. it look nothing like what I asked , if she couldn’t have done it I was okay picking another design, it look nothing like a flower it was just yellow dots .. also when she put press ons she didn’t even trim my real nails

The shop is Always clean and the owners and technicians are careful and thorough. I drive 45 minutes once a month to go to this salon. Haven't used their other services but they offer waxing, etc.

Great art but MIMI does NOT listen to what you want. She will do something different and demand that you pay. If you try to stop her or correct her once you notice it's not what you booked or want, she gets really mad and starts talking in another language to the workers.

I took my mom to get a mani/pedi and she had so much fun! I highly recommend it here. They're very nice and personable and my hands and feet feel so amazing.

It’s not a relaxing environment. You are rushed through the whole process. They don’t even give you time to put on the massage setting for the chair. The nail techs don’t listen to what you want and always try to upsell other services to you. Used to be one of my favorite places to go to, but over the years it’s gone down hill. The staff will obviously talk smack about you to each other in another language. You can tell because they are holding your hand or feet out to the other staff and they all start laughing. Then they’ll offer you a service you didn’t come in for like getting your eyebrows done. Very unprofessional, judgmental, and rude. You deserve good treatment, and it won’t be from here.

Popped in before my flight back to San Francisco for a pedicure/wax and was immediately greeted warmly by the staff. Walk in welcome here. They did a great job with both. Quick and easy ! Loved it
