I have been going through the same experience. I waited a week after my seat covers were to arrive before contacting them. Come to find out they forgot to place the order, but charged my card anyway. Now it has been four months and they should have arrived a few weeks ago now, but have not. And their phone line is either busy or no one answers. AVOID THE TROUBLE.

Don’t.....just don’t. Unless you have the patience to wait 5 or more months then yeah good luck to you. They said it’ll take 1 month plus I paid for priority shipping but they ended up using regular shipping so then they changed it to 2 months. It’s been 5 months now going on 6.

I ordered some Wet Okole seat covers on May 3, it is now October 4 and I finally received them. FIVE full months for seat covers!! When I placed the order, he told me it would take a total of 4-5 weeks. I paid full price & waited patiently. The 6 week mark passes by and I call the owner a hand full of times, no answer! Long story short... 6 weeks turns into 2 months and so forth, then turns into 5 MONTHS. When they finally arrived, I go to the shop to have him install it and it turns out to be NOT what I ordered (he had the 'Wet Okole' logo on all the covers, when I said NO logo). I then decided to take them anyways & install them myself just so I wouldn't have to deal with him ever again. He did refund some money to me for "the trouble" but definitely not worth it. Worst experience EVER!

Took over 5 months to receive my seat covers, Eventually had to cancel the order because it was taking so long. Terrible experience.

The older guy that runs the store is very friendly. I ordered some wet okole seat cover for my tundra back in December. He said it was two months since it was Christmas time. I thought that's a while for some standard covers but I could wait. So, I paid in full and waited, and waited and waited with no response. Finally March rolls around and I call. No response so I leave a message. Twice. Then I go to the store and take my receipt. He says probably next week but he'd check and call me. Two more weeks go by and I hear nothing. I call no answer. I go by the store he says maybe I forgot to order them since I was busy around Christmas. I ask him if he's expecting them anytime soon and he just laughs. I'm a very patient guy and it is just car seats. But we were coming up on 6 months for these things. I called yesterday and said I wanted a refund, via voicemail because no one ever answers. And would you guess what? I got a call back! He said they've miraculously arrived but I couldn't get them until the next day since they weren't unboxed. Now I'm not too sure how tricky they wrap these things up but I'd say it isn't that hard with a knife to get open. Stay away from these guys if you're in a rush. The store is pretty messy and dirty that should've been my warning sign but the guy was friendly and I bought from him because of that. Never again!!
