“It's funny how you can be friends with person and not know his name. The guy who runs this place is awesome. We've been saying hello and throwing shakas to each other since got my unit a few years ago. Not only is he a good manager, keeping the place safe and clean, he's a nice guy. I enjoy taking a break in the office, talking story and cooling off in AC. Most storage units are the same through out the world but the staff that runs the facility make the difference. I was in the office today getting a new lock, changing my payment method, and talking about the issues shipping things to Maui. Before I knew it, I had stopped sweating from unloading my truck, transactions were completed and I realized that although I don't know his name, I had a friend in the front office. I had other units at other storage facilities, and being Maui, everyone has nice staff. But this guy goes out of his way to this place the friendliest on Maui. 100% recommend. Okay, I read some reviews and I'm 99% sure his name is Matthew. I'll double check next time I'm there”
