Ethan was a thorough and attentive technician. He proactively asked about problem spots and suggested options on how to handle each issue while bringing up the pros and cons (e.g. we decided against rat traps and poison since we have chickens).He also found exterior ant hills to remove the source of the problem. When Ethan used a new gel bait, he explained how it worked and how to clean it off after a week. He also called in advance to check if he could arrive earlier than originally scheduled.We've been happy with the other technicians + the annual termite inspector for the past two years. Each one gives suggestions and tips based on what they see on what else we can do to minimize pests. I learn something new each time when we receive service. Thank you!Services: Home inspection

Tried to get somewhere with making an appointment - their system of answering and channeling calls is very unprofessional. I couldn't get anywhere but had to give my info to 3 different people. They are too big and systems not in place properly. Will not use this company. Can't imagine if something horrible happened and I was trying to get their assistance.

The technician who came to our house was outstanding. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And great communication throughout. It continues! Someone from Terminix reached out for their social media department asking me to reach out to them regarding my Yelp review. I did, with an email and all the information they requested. Guess what???? a day and a half later and NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME or called me OR GAVE ME MY REFUND OF $250!!! wtf?!??!?

I’m renting a cottage with a gnarly ant infestation. Like they’re coming out of outlets on the wall, and they’re all in my electric teakettle and my rice pot, as well as drives of them filing out of my kitchen sink drain and faucet. Heaven forbid I leave one morsel on the counter, because within a few mins the ants will be all over it!So rather than bicker with my landlords about the severity of this issue I decided to take matters into my own hands and I called terminix.Am I glad I did! The technician was super professional, respectful and thorough. He explained what he was doing and he told me what his strategy would be to alleviate this infestation. Highly recommend this service!Services: General pest inspection

This is the absolute worst company to deal with. They schedule appointments and then don't show up. When you call to find out what's going on, they let you know they rescheduled for another day (weeks later) and they don't bother to text, call, email to let you know that your service has been rescheduled. That means the customer takes off from work to sit around and wait!!!! Not everyone can be available at any day and time for them to come. They only have a mainland phone number where all they can offer is "I'm sorry". They give you the numbers direct to the local tech, but the local tech doesn't answer or respond to text messages.

Tomas is great. He is on time and does a thorough job. Tomas is willing to answer any questions and discuss any concerns. He is the reason we have stayed with Terminix for our pest control.

I have been a Terminix customer for Termites since 1998. A company that used to be reliable has turned into a nightmare to work with. All "Maui" phone numbers are answered by a national service representative. Today it was answered in New Orleans. I was promised 3 days ago that the Maui Service Techs would call me and schedule an appointment for "live" termite activity in my home. I have an annual contract. I have yet to get a call, my account that is supposed to show appointments had nothing on it. When I called regarding the no contact as I was promised I would receive the rep told me I have an appointment scheduled for next week Tuesday. Hmmm, no call, no appointment scheduled, email or text, and funny not even listed on my account. As other people have stated in their reviews, they either no show an appointment or show up to do something, and the client is unaware of the appointment. Luckily I hunted this down, but I still have yet to speak to my local company. The rep kept saying the "way the system" works is.... Nothing about customer service, but the customer has to live with their system. I have a service contract that protects the expensive investment made in tenting my house, and yet this company wants to do everything it can to avoid serving the people who pay them. I stay with them because all live activity is treated under the contract, if we need to be tented again, it is FREE because of this ongoing contract, so I have to put up with their "SYSTEM" and service or pay thousands of dollars when my house needs to be tented. If you read the review about Blen, HE WAS fantastic; he doesn't work for them and hasn't for quite sometime now. For every service, you will have a new tech because Terminix cannot keep employees. For those of us caught in this "system" of theirs, it is beyond unacceptable service,. For anyone considering working with Terminix, I say go with Bowman; they are fantastic, reliable, and communicate with their customers. Run as fast and as far away from Terminix as you can.Service: Termite inspection
