The food was normal food with good price, quick place to get something to eat at night. Service was nice and fast. They have lots of options for food.

First off, big cheers to Desiray! We tried hitting this joint two times during the festive frenzy, only to find it as closed as a clam. But persistence pays off - third time's a charm, and we walked into a hive of activity. It's the kind of place where you spend your dough and feel like a millionaire. This small, local eatery serves up grub so good, it'd make a food critic weep with joy.I dove into the Kahlua Pork Moco smothered in their special house gravy - a culinary high five compared to the usual Maui brown gravy that, let's face it, often tastes like it's missing a spice party. Great local spot, food and service outstanding, decor is rough. My wife had oxtail soup and I had the Wonton soup/ramen bowl. Both were awesome!!! The restaurant is on the second level off the street, go up the ramp turn left. Highly recommended!!

Not the same restaurant from years past.The atmosphere seems down and waitress bored like she doesn't want to be there.Food taste was bland no matter what my party of 4 ordered.Prices have gone up by a lot. Don't think any of us will return.

My wife loves Bamboo Grill the beef stew ,tripe stew and everything on the menu is good so check it out .For me I like my Hamburger steak with mac salad sloppy gravy all over. I give 5

I got the Loco Moco and it was okay. The egg, rice and gravy were fine but the hamburger patty had an interesting flavor (not bad but not great, just different). The patty also had black char that came from the griddle and didn't taste great. The service was great. The biggest problem I had with this restaurant was that it was very clean. My table was sticky, the walls looked dirty as did the floor and the clincher was that I either saw 1 bug 3 times or 3 bugs.I heard good things about this restaurant but didn't get that experience.I will not go back!

We went on a Friday night, around 6:30. We called ahead and were notified of a large party, but that they had a booth available. We arrived and were seated right away. The large party was there and nearing the end of their meal so service and timing were never affected. There were plenty of couples and four tops enjoying their dinners.We ordered, enjoyed looking around at the beautiful artwork, and pretty quickly, our food was delivered with Aloha.We thoroughly enjoyed the Opakapaka and Terriyaki beef. All good, simple, affordable and a great, date night treat!

The menu and reviews caught our attention, but when we drove up to the restaurant, we were a little reluctant to eat here, as the shopping better looks a bit shady. But so glad we decided to try the Bamboo Grille Maui. Seriously one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. So tasty! I had the Big Kahuna burger and my son had the Pakukalo Burger. The meat was seasoned wonderfully and cooked to perfection. Not over cooked at all, just juicy. The fries were cooked so well! Very crispy, but not dry and tasteless. Desiree was a great waitress and was very attentive. We also tried the chow fun which was interesting with the added bacon. The katsu curry was also delicious. Food was 5 stars. Price was very fair. Decor is not fancy by far, but had a very Mom & Pop/ family business feel. Definitely "how in the wall" type vibes. Did I say the food was delicious?
