Attended a Muay Thai class and having no experience in combat sports, I felt apprehensive. However, instructors were great at demonstrating and explaining beginner techniques and made me feel comfortable. Good workout!

Instructors are helpful and vocal. Class teaches technique and also involves cardio. it’s a good environment to learn and train.

I had so much fun here! I haven’t worked out for like 2 years and all the trainers and staff here were welcoming and helpful! This place is definitely beginner friendly! I really enjoyed their fitness portion and learned a lot just in one day. Their Muay Thai class was super fun too! Thank you Alana for inviting me ?

Justin and ALL of his team members are so welcoming and make fitness fun! Going to the gym or doing work outs can be intimidating, but here you will be welcomed the moment you step in. Nothing but positivity!They have various fitness classes to take and are slowly introducing a Muy Thai class. Justin and his team do a great job with introducing basics for first timers like myself and breaks everything down step by step which makes classes enjoyable! You won’t feel lost because they are there to guide you when you need!

Just want to say thank you to Jojo, Alana, Allyn, Justin and the rest of the crew for making me feel comfortable as if I was one of their own. As a beginner it was overwhelming bc it’s a sport that i’m not used, but they’re really kind with helping you out and making sure you’re doing things correctly. I just want to say thank you again to the crew at yanagida fitness for making my experience their fun and eye opening.

Thanks to Allyn, Alana, Jojo, Justin and the crew for making my experience here enojoyable! As a beginner it is overwhelming and scary to enter a new sport especially jiu jitsu. Friendly and fun gym atmosphere offers Tabata and HIT classes all week. I checked out the new Muay Thai basics class in Saturday’s as well, so much fun!

Yanagida Fitness has been a great experience for me. Everyone has such great energy, and the workouts are vigorous but doable. The coaches take note of any pre-existing injuries or aches and pains, and always suggest modifications to ensure you are helping these aches and pains and not hurting them. I highly recommend Yanagida Fitness and the community that they have as a gym.

I believe I demo’s every gym on the island. This is the best! Almost private coaching in small groups of functional fitness is what I need to continue with ongoing health and energy!

Best fitness program, these trainers are such an inspiration, They are professional that takes your health issues serious. I have bad knees and ankles and other medical issues. And these trainers modify my exercise so I can still work out. The best part is after joining this gym and working out with them I realize I can live a healthier life. I actually quit smoking. I have smoked cigarettes for many years, I never could quit. But Yanagida fitness help me do it. Life's way too short to just not being healthy. Thank you, Jesus!!! And thank you to Chris Curley for referring me to this gym. One word BLESSING!!!!!!!

A wonderful option if you like having more guidance in your workouts. They offer group classes, which can also be done via Zoom, and personal training. The classes are tough but doable. There are always modifications offered to customize it to your fitness level. The trainers are knowledgeable, kind, and are motivated to help you succeed in your goals. If you need a but more guidance, they will help you tweak your nutrition so you better achieve what you seek. I joined this gym almost 6 months ago when I moved here for work, and couldn't have been happier with my decision. I needed a gym that would motivate me to work out weekly and this placed has not let me down. There is a family vibe here and I love it. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Yanagida Fitness for many, many years now. My history of chronic tension headaches and chronic shoulder pain is just that…history.There are modifications to every exercise for every fitness level, for the person just starting out and adding challenges as you progress.You’ll start to feel better before you even get out your vehicle.

With some reluctance I attended my first YSF class in 2016 and am still a very satisfied member. I love the inclusiveness of the gym (no judgement) and everyone’s positive attitude. The trainers will work with you and implement modifications if needed. I would recommend this gym to everyone!
