We got food poisoning last week, from here. We ordered the pastrami.

I ate here on Nov 20, 2023, around noon. This place is usually crazy busy, but oddly, it was dead. That should have been a red flag. I ordered #18 Ultimate BMT. I went home, ate half the sandwich. Within 15 min, my stomach started feeling a little weird and tight. About an hour later, I started getting diarrhea and nausea. Oh man, this was so horrible. That night, I got so sick and almost went to ER. By 4 p.m., I had cold chills, fever, and started vomiting as well. Definitely food poisoning. I always fast til lunch and just have my coffee in the morning. So I'm almost positive the BMT was the cause. The next day, I called my Dr for some medication. He also said most food poisoning. I don't wish this on anybody. I found out later my brother ate there about a month ago and also got really sick. Same symptoms as I. Too bad this used to be my favorite place to go. Never again will I eat here.

Employees provided superior customer service to all customers who came rather it be ordering at the counter or online pickup.Really appreciated that our server went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.Food appearance was on point our Subway sandwiches were made with Love because they were "Ono"Thank you again!..

Plenty of outdoor seating, delicious sandwiches (and cookies!), and super nice staff. A very nice lady (with bangs) was so helpful and kind when I couldn't decide how many cookies to buy! She got us cookies straight from the oven; so yummy!!

Placed an online order and had to wait after they helped the 7 people in line!!! Even with 4 employees, my order was supposed to be ready 15 minutes from when I ordered, and it still wasn't done! I had to wait an additional 10 minutes AFTER I asked if I should go back and stand in line! I also had to ask the supervisor to have the employee (Eric I believe) change his gloves because he was going in and out the side door touching doorhandles, etc!!Worst part about it (aside from the 25 minute wait for 2 footlong sandwiches) is that they didn't follow the directions provided on my mobile order!!!! Very poor customer service and organization! Recommend driving to the next nearest Subway....

I used to love this place, most of the ladies that work here are kind and considerate. Ive been getting sandwiches from this location for nearly 10 years! I always tip. I've been getting frustrated with this place because it always takes forever now to get a simple sandwich, I guarantee its because of all the app/online orders! Get another kitchen/line to make the app orders, AND prioritize the walk-in customers!So today was the WORST, there is a "sandwich artist in training" girl with a lip ring, pfft, like you can em an artist, GTFO! I don't know how she is still in training, she's been there for weeks! So someone else prepped my sandwich with meat and cheese, that person left to do something else. A minute later, the "sandwich artist in training" grabs my sandwich without looking at me or asking me if I wanted it toasted, meanwhile there is 10 people waiting in line. I had to shout and say "I didn't ask for it to be toasted". The worker looks at me all smug, like I did something to offend her. She goes back to making an online order. Im waiting for another few minutes and my sandwich is just sitting there on the cutting board. She tells me to move. Im like ok. But there is nowhere for me to move, Im in position in line waiting for a damn sandwich. Does she want me to literally stand shoulder to shoulder to the person in front of me? For a fucking sandwich?!?!?! A minute later she tells me move again. I said "Im standing in line! waiting for my sandwich. She said "if your sandwich is done you need to move." She has a bad attitude. I said "You're rude!" and walked out. Never again, I will never return to this location. Sorry to the lovely aunties that work here but that that lip ring troll and the excessive waiting has ruined this place for me. ALOHA

If I order online and pay extra for mozzarella TOAST THE SANDWICH!!! That seems like common sense. This same store likes to be stingy with the cheese but will pile on onions.

had a coupon: buy a footlong and a medium drink for a free 6" sandwich..they said i couldn't order a footlong pastrami!!not matter what i'm buying, i'm paying regular price!!rather a cheap footlong or expensive sandwich!!i left the coupon on the floor as i exited!!
