OK Poultry LLC is a small, local farm located in a residential area of Waimanalo, known for its fresh, high-quality eggs. Visitors praise the eggs for their natural appearance and superior taste, especially the dark orange yolks and clear whites, which are a marked difference from store-bought GMO eggs. The farm sells only a few days a week—mainly Wednesday and Saturday—and eggs are sold by the tray, with cash payments accepted. Customers often arrive early, sometimes lining up before opening, as eggs tend to sell out quickly, especially later in the day. The farm has a long-standing reputation for providing some of the best eggs on the island, with many mentioning that these eggs are used by local restaurants and chefs, adding to their credibility. The farm is a bit tucked away, with small signage and a modest storefront, but the experience is worth the visit. The store also features a mini museum of old items from O'ahu's past, adding to its charm. Reviews highlight the friendly staff and the community-oriented atmosphere, with many customers considering these eggs the best they've ever tasted. The eggs are especially popular among those seeking fresh, local produce, and during egg shortages elsewhere, OK Poultry's eggs are highly valued. Overall, the farm offers a unique, authentic experience for those willing to arrive early and enjoy truly farm-fresh eggs that stand out in flavor and quality.
Now this is how eggs should look and taste like !! Bought a dozen today and finally got eggs that look like real chicken eggs and not that gloppy GMO eggs they sell at Safeway or Costco . Glad I took the time to visit this farm.

It’s impossible to buy eggs shipped in from the continent after you’ve had these eggs. There’s a noticeable difference!
They only sell to the community a couple days/week and you have to go early to get in line before they run out. But totally worth it if you have the time.
