I greatly enjoy my visits to the Waianae post office. Ample parking less than a minute walk from the door. Wheel chair ramp. Drop box in the lobby if you have postage. Timing is important, mid morning or mid afternoon seem the least busy but even when there is a line the line moves fast. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Just great customer service.

I had an appointment to do my passport on 4/27 and got there 15 minutes early just to make sure that I didn't miss my appointment. Mario was so helpful and definitely knew his stuff! I was in and out within 15 minutes. 100% would recommend. Just make sure you have all your documents and paperwork ready to go and you'll be all set.

U.S. Post office! I had to get my passport updated with a name change. I made an appointment with the Waimanalo post office. The scheduling for the appointment was very easy. I received confirmations and went in for my appointment. The postal staff was very helpful and kind. They got me through the process in spite of my errors quite quickly. They also were able to do my passport photo there as well.

Never in my life would I ever have seen an emptier post office in the middle of the holiday season than I did here in Waimanalo.Lance who had helped me was so friendly and patient in answering my questions no matter how redundant and chaotic it has been this season.Happy to visit a USPS that had plenty of supplies and not a chaotic line as those experienced in town. From the parking outside to the people inside would love to make a drive out here for the experience. Well done :)

We’re SO glad we did our passport renewal and new passport for our son here. We were in and out and under 30 minutes!! (including pictures), Mario helped us and was so helpful, he made very quick work of our paperwork. We used a debit card to purchase a money order to pay for the passport and everything was seamless. You can’t use a credit card to buy a money order but make sure to bring your debit card, cash or check if you do this process. Highly recommend this location! Thanks again!

We looked all over for a place to get a passport and this location was the only one with slots available this month. This location has friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and they were flexible and helped us out. It was a quick in and out. If you are in the area and need postal services or need a passport come to this location!

Had a 2 o'clock appointment for a passport application. Got there early because I wasn't sure about parking. Walked in 20 minutes early and no customers there so Roxanne helped me immediately and was very fast and efficient. She definitely knows her business. She was extremely helpful and very nice. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Awesome service!

Postal workers were very friendly and helpful it was fast efficient I was in and out in less then 20mins to get my passport. I did have an appointment but they took me early because no one else need their help . Had a great experience was worth the travel time .

They refused to make copies for my sons passport yet have a sign that says they make copies. The staff were rude and service is terribly slow. We can do better.
