I was at the Waimea store on Black Friday and was greeted by Hunter. Hunter was so helpful and even called the Hilo store looking for sizes for me. So appreciated the aloha I received. Will return to shop again on my next visit to Big Island.

Those who got the fried noodle dish particularly enjoyed their meal and we'd recommend that to other travelers. A gluten free member of our party enjoyed the hamburger (no bun). The ambiance is really fun, we loved the atmosphere and the service was very friendly. Bathrooms nearby are the ones associated with the Foodland shopping center, but we didn't find them to be in great condition.

Went back twice during our 1 week vacation. Great food, decent prices. Had the ramen, chicken and bao buns. All good! Highly recommend!

Parking in the foodland shopping center. That is also where they will direct you to go to the bathroom as they do not have one in restaurant. As for washing your hands... They have hand sanitizer. Food takes a while (20 minutes for us) to come out but they have a fun robot boxing game to pass the time. The pho was delicious and tastes like nothing like the pho back home in orange county California. It's more beef brothy, has bigger noodles, chunks of beef, and the Thai basil tasted bitter. Did not see hoisin sauce anywhere but they had Sriracha if you asked. The all things pork ramen was pretty fatty and nothing special. Would I come back? Yes, as there doesn't seem to be many noodle options around.

Restaurant about 1/4 full, and to deliver Ramen, and a disgusting bowl of inedible pho, the meat surrounded by yellow fat, in a tasteless canned consume broth...took 45 minutes.....after which the greasy overcooked gyoza appetizer (apparently, their signature dish) arrived. One of the 2 cups of tea ($5.50) never showed, the other delivered in about 30 minutes from order, all for a mere $47 ...plus 18% suggested minimum tip. Every 10 minutes the server would walk past claiming the food would be right up....an hour of precious vacation wasted on terrible food and service. What a disgrace. Unfortunately this review requires at least a single star be given. Stuff happens, staff don’t show up, the owner quits caring, and the bar is lowered....but for this place, there is no bar.

We had vegetarian soup. Fresh and tasty ingredients with fast service and reasonable pricing. Very satisfied.

We decided to try Noodle Club for the first time, as it was rated as great ramen, “made from scratch” broth. We arrived around 1130am, it was busy and looked like only 1 server for the whole restaurant. We sat for about 25 mins until someone finally gave us water and took our order. We ordered the pork gyoza, pork belly bao buns and the ‘all things pork’ ramen. The pork belly bao buns are okay, more bun than filling and was too simple. Pork gyoza were very disappointing - fried to a crisp, burnt bottom. They should not have left the kitchen. Another table the gyozas were cooked much better. Ramen - broth is bland, raw chopped up vegetables (cabbage and bok choy) - did not taste authentic at all. Honestly skip this place....Spend a few bucks more and eat at Merrimans.

We stopped by the Noodle Club after visiting Mauna Loa mountains and driving down to cool, misty afternoon in Waimea. Ramen noodles and delicious appetizers were a perfect warm-up to a cold chilly morning adventure. We highly recommend this place, great food, excellent and fast service!!

The wait staff was super nice, lots of aloha, but the quality of the food was not stellar. I asked for the added tofu $4 and it was four small pieces, it would have been lacking without it. There just was not the richness of the broth one would expect from a restaurant touting itself as "the noodle place" on the island. It is owned by the same person who owns the burger place around the corner and both seem to miss the mark. Hubster had a non-vegetarian option and he too said it was so so, a place like this the broth makes it or breaks it and it was a bust. Hardly better than the ramen I can make at home, sad to admit. We have high standards and have traveled the world eating local offerings.
