“I love passion fruit, as long as I don't have to deal with the seeds. I've been a fan of Aunty Lilikoi's award-winning passion fruit habanero mustard for years, which I buy by mail from the Mustard Museum in Wisconsin. Visiting the factory store in Waimea was fun. The sweet lady in the shop (not Aunty herself) spent some time chatting with us. I bought a couple of things, then had them ship me a gift box. I got the passion fruit juice for my cheesecake, and the dressing to make cole slaw , the jellies for toast, PB&J's, or as a glaze for a fruit tart, and the mustards on sandwiches, with fish or chicken, and to make BBQ sauce.”
