We were just there last week and met the most amazing craftswoman, Geogia I think. Bought some beautifully made flower lei's that have now dried and are even more gorgeous. What a find!

Christina and others are doing great work here with the small acreage they have. We volunteered there for a few hours one morning before the farmers market picking produce and other tasks. They had quite a few high school students working there as well learning all about sustainable agriculture. Looking forward to when the house is refurbished.

Went to the farmers market on Thursday evening. Although there were only ~6 tables, the vendors had some pretty rare and unique produce for sale. Was the only place I was able to get my hands on breadfruit.

Glimpses of what this place has been and can be are all here now. Especially through the guided interactions of human beings in theater in nature in cultivation. We circumambulate the structure to experience and appreciate history and community.

Thank you so much for allowing myself and my fellow group of Arborist/friends climb your insanely beautiful monkey pod! It was an absolute pleasure being able to play around such a perfect specimen. It was one of the highlights of the entire trip. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Historical home built by missionaries in the early 1800s. The home is getting an extensive remodel after sitting empty for 15 years. Hale Puna will serve as museum and community center when construction is finished

Fabulous and beautiful organic garden and landmark residence that deserves all the support it can get to be re-born!
