Chris and Derek did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with our gas fireplace and quickly repairing the problem. They were also great at following COVID protocols. Job well done!

I purchased both a fireplace and a house-wide dehumidifer system from Hawaii Fireplaces. I found the team to be warm, personable and their onsite technicians are excellent about checking in and answering questions. Helpful. Products are good too. Overall this has been a very good experience.
