They are always great with customer service, thorough with explaining procedures and costs, they keep you updated while they are working on the vehicle and notify you as soon as it's ready for pick up. I drove there with the desperate hope that they would fix my tire. They take walk-ins! They are open on Saturdays till 2 and have a lounge with chargers for multiple devices. The guy at the counter was super friendly and the guy who fixed my tire was also really nice. A huge thank you for great service! 100/10.

The Lex Brodie - Waimea Tire (LBWT) Co., is an excellent automotive service business. The employees are exemplary of what outstanding customer service should look like.
