“Yeah, read the other reviews and went in to buy a phone for my wife. No other customers so I didn't even sign in, brought wife's old phone and passwords, asked for phone desired- didn't have color wanted. Picked top tier phone but didn't have color in stock either. Went with top tier phone, got charger/case/screen protector pack, had sales specialist put them on and attempt flash of old phone data to new phone. Multiple attempts failed so had to back phone up from cloud. Took over an hour but sales agent was pleasant and helpful the entire time, also while helping other customers when my phone was doing its own thing. Agent was knowledgeable, helpful, polite- and her name was Hina ?... I went in there expecting some difficulties but also went in with a good attitude and I have no complaints for services provided.”
