Sometimes you have to try a place to make up your own mind about it! Almost didn’t come here because of mixed reviews, none of which were recent. Aunty did my nails and was gentle with the cuticles, gave a nice hand massage, and checked her work along the way. I didn’t have an appointment and it was quiet so they were able to help me right away. And when the phone rang, they didn’t hesitate to pick up to help someone schedule an appointment. The polish job itself is decent- slightly thick/ uneven, but otherwise fine for me!

Total bad service from the start! I'm a musician and just needed two nails done. So I called to see if they do back fills on nails and the guy says no we don't do that! We will never have time to do that! Yet every time I pass there to go to KTA, no one is in there. I asked a few friends and they Highly Don't Recommend this place! They got infections due to un-sanitized tools !

This is the 2nd time I have come in here for just a quick gel polish and had them tell me they are too busy when there was literally 1 employee sitting around doing nothing and 2 customers in the salon. I sat and waited for my friend to get her acrylics done for another 45 minutes. Meanwhile, nobody came in and the guy who said he was too busy could have done my nails 3x during this time.
