Thank God I got him out of the camp Soon as down here to clean out fireplaces Every time I go into the hotel room he's out there in the parking lot trying to get somebody's attention I had two police officers come up to my hotel room one day This is in Chicago.

Best service ever from the guy at the front desk. He tested our battery and charging system. Great customer service and very helpful and knowledgeable. One of the kids might have left a light on enough to kill the battery. We are on vacation checking out all the spots. Went to Tex drive in ate Malasadas and afterwards our car wouldn't start. Had these solid guys jump start our vehicle. We went straight to car quest in Waimea and they could not help us at all, in order to test the battery we would have to take our battery out and then they can test the battery. So thank you Napa you are much appreciated! ❤️

I called ahead; yes, they can test my battery. Waited my bit in line then a gentleman tested my battery, it failed. I asked to purchase a new battery, the phone rang, and he just stopped serving me completely!!! I had to get another counter person to finish getting my battery request taken care of. HOW COMPLETELY RUDE!!!The second counter person did fine, like I expect from NAPA. The first guy...still on the phone when I left. Not a word to me or an apology for being rude and just leaving me hanging.The sign on their office door for the employees reads something like, "People won't remember what you did, but they will remember how they were treated." Apparently that guy didn't read the sign from his own management. I will remember and I will tell the story to all my friends, too.

They confirmed on the phone they had the correct battery for my car. In fact, they said they had two. They took my name and said they would hold it for me. I drove twenty minutes up to the store. The same rep who I spoke with was at the counter. He said I spoke with you. Then he said we don’t have the battery but can sell you a Napa battery. I didn’t want a Napa battery. I wanted a specific battery. When I said why would you have me drive up for the battery, he said so we can sell you a Napa battery. Total l******* Bait and switch.

Customer service is shoddy at best. Twice they've forgotten my parts order on their delivery runs. Multiple times, when I've called to place an order they simply "don't have" the 5 quart oil listed as "in stock" online. Today, I stood in the rain for an hour waiting on the delivery they forgot and the best response I got was equivalent to "whoops".

Glad they carry a good selection of 3M products. The emblem glue I needed was not something I could order in. This keeps me reminded why you need to buy local, if not they will not be there when you need them.Really helpful staff, good location too.
