“Jeffrey Johnson. I saw your complaint. You need to understand that these employees have to access your documents on their store laptop, select how many copies, if you want them in color/bw, size, etc, and then open up another document get that printed, time spent, so I truly understand why there should be a surcharge. I’m so glad that we have a The UPS Store close by that I’m able to get my printing done. The staff remembers are amazing, great customer service and go at great length helping customers. For you to say it costed you more, maybe my suggestion is to invest in your own printer and save the trouble of posting a negative review.”
